Lindsay Rawstorne
Director of Tennis
Lindsay has been coaching tennis for well over 20 years. He is the founder of Advantage Tennis and currently serves as Tennis Director at both the SunPro and Ivory Ridge Clubs. He previously coached the Skyridge High Tennis team to a state championship.
He is an award-winning USPTA tester and a Team Utah Head Coach. He is both USPTA Elite and APC, Wheelchair certified.
Tennis is in Lindsay’s blood! He has been playing since age 2, competed all over France and surrounding countries, won 4 National French Titles, and was ranked #595 in the ATP Tour Ranking for 1989.
In college, he played for both Weber State and UofU, where he was ranked #1. He was W.A.C. Tennis Player of the year in 1992, has been ranked top 20 in the country NCA D1, and was ranked #3 in 1996 and #5 in 2000 in National USPTA.
Michelle Rawstorne
10 & Under Tennis Director
Coach
Michelle is a USPTA Certified Teaching Professional, and holds additional USPTA 10 & Under and APC Wheelchair certifications. She also received her CC1 L1 Certification from Sanchez-Casol Academy and was trained and taught by Lindsay Rawstorne.
In addition to directing the 10 & Under programs at both Ivory Ridge and SunPro, she has served as the District President of the USPTA Intermountain and has been a Wilson Advisory Staff Member. She has assisted coached both boys & girls teams at American Fork High and Skyridge High and has raised 8 wonderful children!
Michelle has had a lifelong love for tennis. She is a 4.5 USTA rated player, has over 10 years of competitive league play, including 12 Districts Tournaments, 6 Sectionals Tournaments, and 2 National Tournaments.
Pieter Faasen
Tennis Coach
Pieter has been a coach for 32 years. He is experienced at coaching all levels, including College NCAA Division 1. He prefers to work with serious high level players, but also works with players of all levels if they are dedicated and serious.
He qualified through the South African Tennis Association as well as through the Professional Tennis Registry.
Andre Santos
Tennis Coach
Andre has over 33 years experience playing and coaching tennis. He’s been a tennis coach at the Tennis Academy & Club in Brazil and has worked summers as a tennis coach in New York and was the assistant at Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky.
Andre started playing tennis when he was 6. He played in the NCAA league at Lindsey Wilson College as #1 for 4 years, where he graduated with his Business Administration degree and was ranked #1 in 2007-08 in Parana, Brazil. He’s also played professionals tournaments all over Brazil and surrounding countries.
He’s married to Elizabeth, and is father to Gael and Murillo. He feels blessed to know how to play this amazing sport and is passionate about teaching it to others!
Winnie Rawstorne

Mentor
Winnie has had a distinguished career in both in the US and abroad. She formerly coached full-time at Advantage Tennis, was a Pro at the Snowbird Canyon Raquet Club, and Co-Directed the Rawstorne Tennis Academy in both France and Ireland.
Her playing career included traveling as a Pro on the International circuit, and as a Tennis Pro at the Pierre Barthes-Club Cap D’Adge, France. She has been a Champion of French Professionals and a South Africa Junior Champion.
Taylor Dehoyos
Jr. Director/Tennis Coach
Taylor has been a coaching with Advantage Tennis for over 11 years. He is a USPTA Certified Tennis Teaching Professional.
His playing career included playing at BYU-Hawaii under coach Dave Porter, where he graduated. He was the top junior player in Utah and played #1 Varsity Singles for 4 years at PGHS.
Kevin Gottfried
Tennis Coach
Kevin has over 40 years of tennis experience and has been coaching, training and instructing at tennis clubs in North Florida for over 20 years.
Most recently he was the Director of Tennis & Head Tennis professional at Ponte Vedra Golf and Country Club in Florida. He’s trained the men’s tennis team at the University of Florida.He’s USPTR certified and has trained top national juniors, Division 1 scholarship recipients, and ATP Tour professionals. Kevin has extensive experience with men’s and women’s league play, adult programs, and wheelchair programs.
Previous to coaching he played Division 1 college tennis at Clemson University, competed on the Futures Tour, played on the. European Club tennis circuit and was a top US ranked junior in singles and doubles. He was born and raised in Florida with a raquet in his hand and is grateful to be able to share his knowledge about tennis, which has given him so much!
He’s husband to Maria and father to Joshua, Isabela, Amelia, and Yovel.
Josh Ziegner
Tennis Coach
Josh found tennis at 14 years old in Oregon. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He is currently active in World Team Tennis&USTA leagues & tournaments. He’s served as Assistant Tennis Coach at Provo High and was the Former Head Coach at the Utah Youth Tennis organization.
Josh played varsity all 4 years of high school, competed in the USTA Tennis on Campus Intermountain Sectionals, and qualified for the USTA Tennis on Campus National Tournament in 2019.
His coaching interests include Tennis-specific strength training & Identifying and correcting technique.
Steven Mejangos
Pickleball Coach
Steven is a certified PPR Pickleball Coach. He’s been playing 5.0+ for over 2 years and has been obsessed with Pickleball much longer!
He coaches beginners as well as those who want to increase their rankings and works with them to achieve the top level they want.
Francis Rawstorne
Honorary Tennis Coach
Mentor
Francis has coached thousands of players during his amazing 50-year career. He has both a Ph.D. in English and the highest French Tennis Certification – the Professorat.
He was the Director of the largest tennis center in Europe (61 courts!), opened Rawstorne Tennis Academy in France and Ireland and coached players to the quarter-finals of Grand Slam tournaments.
During his years as a player he achieved the rank of top 10 player in South Africa and played in Wimbledon three times.
