Ivory Ridge Junior Programs

The verdict is in – people who play tennis enjoy enormous benefits in all aspects of their lives!

One of the largest sports studies to date (Journal of Medicine & Science in Tennis 2020) confirmed those who play tennis have higher general, physical, social, and mental health scores than the general population.

And according to Premiere Education the benefits for kids are even greater!
